The Executive Governor of Imo State, Chief Dr Owelle Rochas Okorocha who was a guest speaker today at the famous Chatham House , the Royal Institute of International Affairs, an independent policy Institute, London -was "attacked" yesterday by a pro-Biafran supporter while delivering a speech.
